     I have just purchased a MD801. I'm trying to register it but the pull down screen does not have
    the md801 as a selection. Therefore, I'm not able to register my product. Help

    The CD with the PC-LINK will not install properly on Windows 7 is there a solution to this

    MD801 is a pretty old model and out of production for a long time, so we don't provide update programs for it any more. You don't need to register your tool.
    The PC Link software is only compatible with Win XP.

    Sorry, I ment MD 802 all systems. The scanner worked great on a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe but not on my two Subarus. One is a 2000 mod legacy, 2,0 litre and the other is a 1999 legacy 2,5 litre.

    Tryed them several times on both my cars but the MD 802 can`t read the cars. Poor service, customer care makes it very easy > it`s going back and I will by another one for sure and it will never be a Autel again.

    I will also write some reveiew and tip of other Subaruowners on different Subaru forums.
